i'm ever watch this dvd last year , it's AMAZING,

My 3 days Amazing Experience




3 days ago, I'm just have a outbound training that held by my college,it's very fun you know!
it was held in Tuk-Tuk, on Samosir island in the Lake Toba,and the scenery there is AWESOME!
It's so amazing, and i believe if you are there, you'll feel a very GOOD!!!
It's the biggest lake I've ever saw and the beautiful scenery that this lake have, for the future, it must be a very very amazing place in the world,
and it took about 5 hours from Medan(my hometown) to go there.But it's very good place to relax you from a heavy day!
after arrive from the Prapat Town,we continue by ferry to pass the Toba Lake, and It's very Interesting,
Ow man if you have retire, you must add this place to your list to travel.:)

Hi, my name is Herman, now I'm an 19 years old this year.
I have a great amazing experience in my life
i used to be a fat fat boy in my sixteen, it was a terrible, I'm just about 100 kg on that time
even now i see my pic of myself last 3 year , I don't believe it!
and this s amazing!,

i can change my life from a fat boy into a normal one.Now my weight is about 78 kg around. This is unbelievable! I myself even never think to be loss my fat.But it takes about 4 months to make my self to be a normal people like now. Last 3 years , I love to eat a lot and never care about my body, 1 day i can eat until 7-9 times a day!! nobody can stop myself to eat so much.

Till one time,at my weights record, I'm 100 kg,!!

then I'm sick, then go to doctor and claim me that I'm very dangerous, in my 17 I was claimed that i had hypertension and cholesterol! and this can effect to heart disease.

at that time i pass back and look for my life, then i said to myself, I have to change!
Then i started to control my consuming
1 day i only eat 2 time and consume more fruits to prevent hungry.Maybe it sounds weird
but its really happen! and I never have y dinner meal, i totally change.I don't need to consume any medicine or supplement too, just have a healthier diet to control my weights.
But first you must have a great reason to start your weight loss.
Then you can DO IT!
AMAZING!
in 4 months i loss around 15 kg!!
all my stuff change!my clothes & pants' size change
Now i don't need to afraid to test any pants, because i can find my size easily!
Thanks GOD ! you show me a very good things in my life!
